The Wellness Committee reflects the values that drive Sefelec: teamwork, respect, proximity, and a friendly atmosphere.

For nearly 10 years, the Wellness Committee has been actively engaged throughout the year, creating opportunities for employees to come together, discover new activities, and share enjoyable moments.

Breakfast gatherings, wellness activities, sports tournaments, gardening workshops, and seasonal celebrations: every event is designed to encourage interaction and create lasting memories across the company.
