The R&D engineer designs and develops our future products, from requirement definition to industrialization, including prototyping and qualification. Technological benchmark and customer feedback guide our product development roadmap. Production and R&D are located on the same site: “This makes it easier to control the entire V‑cycle.” Each project combines multiple dimensions (hardware and/or software), with opportunities to work on customer‑specific developments. This enables continuous skill development.
