The Engineering Department has grown from producing tailor‑made tools to developing complete test benches to meet highly specific customer requirements. Today, this role is at the heart of Sefelec’s expertise and added value. We design turnkey solutions from prototype to operation : including hardware, software, commissioning, and training. This position also represents the customer’s voice internally, guiding innovation and R&D. It is a hybrid, strategic role where expertise and technical excellence help build strong customer relationships.
