New partnership in Australia for our Cable Tester Solution

Sefelec and Partech Systems Pty. Ltd. Australia announce a new cooperation between their companies, in order to bring an added value to our customers.

For more than 40 years Sefelec France has designed and manufactured automatic harness/cable test solutions and Partech Systems Australia has provided engineering and electronic test solutions for Australian Defence and Railway industries.

Both ISO9001 certified, our first joint project is to design and supply Downer EDI Rail with dedicated harness testers to allow cabling qualification within the carriages Downer EDI Rail is manufacturing for NSW City Rail network. The harness testers will be used in Australian and China.

Technically speaking, the harness testers are high voltage cable testers capable of switching up to 5 kVAC or 6 kVDC in addition to continuity testing, insulation testing and stimuli application function (also called relay energisation).
