Quality concerns everybody within Sefelec, it is essential for the success of our company.

Quality is a real state of mind which must be a priority at all the stages of manufacturing.

In order to enhance this state of mind, the Management engages itself on the following points :

• To use the Quality Circles to get the best ideas and solutions for the company to implement the following key points :
• Fix the annual targets,
• Suggest the actions allowing the constant improvement of our performance,
• Publish performance data on a regular basis to compare with our annual targets.
• Encourage all departments to maintain a high standard of information and courtesy to our customers on a regular basis
• Encourage the Management to communicate, on a regular basis by holding meetings to discuss the results of the last period, and to plan targets for the next period, also this forum can be used for ideas and solution sessions.
